The history behind our petition

Naturally, if we cannot encourage officers' of-the-courts, our law enforcement agencies,  law abiding citizens and alike, to sign a petition in support of the United States Constitution, then it is time to give up hope for all of us.

The number of people that have communicated their lack of confidence in our legal system has not only grown recently, the stories have become extraordinarily outrageous and the acts, shockingly blatant.

To name a few: 1). A New York judge that is suing his drycleaner for $65 Million dollars for misplacing his suit.  2). A Troy, New York man that was sentenced to jail because the prosecutor lied during the trial.  The jury later admitted that the lies were responsible for the guilty verdict. 3). A United States Court of Appeals rules that the people do not really have the right (as specifically included in the Constitution) to ask for, demand, or expect redress, regardless of the harm that is caused and the reasons the redress is being sought. 4). A United States federal court, located in New York, ruled that self-litigants will be treated unfairly, regardless of the existing justification.

All of the above are blatant examples of judges and other individuals within our legal system, that have ignored what the Constitution stands for.

By signing the petition, you are merely re-affirming your  conviction that the Constitution is alive and well and shall always be.  This is an easy, cost-free method, to show our support for the United States Constitution.
